CrossFit Bootcamp

WHAT IS CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP?

A CrossFit Bootcamp workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) and body weight movements. This class is a fast, fun way to burn calories and fat and get you moving!

Classes run daily at 8.45 and last for 45 minutes.
