Being a CrossFitter
CrossFit is more than conventional fitness training. It is about being prepared for the unknown and the unknowable – preparedness for whatever challenge life throws at you. It’s about having the ability to run away from danger, carry your child or load your roof rack. It’s also about having the physical resilience to withstand illness and the mental resilience to withstand stress. We do the work to be Fit For Life.

Our Activities & Classes
Workout Of The Day (WOD)
Daily workouts form the backbone of your week’s fitness training, developing metabolic conditioning, strength, mobility and endurance.
We offer weekly classes to focus on gymnastic and barbell skills, as well as an advanced Power Athlete class.
Our future athletes! Members’ children are welcome to attend the Saturday morning class free of charge.
Using Our Fitness For Fun
We love to organise activities outside our normal training routine from in-house competitions and huge team WODs to school sports day mayhem!
