Getting started is easy: just create an account with TeamUp (our booking software) then drop us a line to let us know you’re ready to book in and we’ll get you started with a free trial session.
You don’t need to be fit to start CrossFit. It’s our job to modify the workout to suit your needs so that you can gain the most from your sessions. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you see improvements in your strength and fitness once you get going
