Private Coaching is an extremely efficient and effective way to reach your personal heath and fitness goals.
Your coach will work with you to identify and refine your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at working on any areas of deficiency and improving your existing strengths. Private coaching is recommended if you have been away from exercise for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the focused coaching that a personal coaching session will provide.
Private sessions last between 45-60 minutes and will be directed by your personal goals and targets.
We are qualified trainers in CrossFit Endurance, Gymnastics, Power Athlete (CrossFit Football) and Weightlifting as well as being experienced obstacle racers and endurance athletes, and can design and coach programmes in these areas.
